The Head of State emphasized that all assistance provided by the leadership of the Russian Federation is carried out with deep respect for the people of Abkhazia and for the Abkhazian state.

Badra Gunba noted that the programs and projects currently being implemented, including in the fields of education, healthcare, and business support, are extremely important for the country’s development.

The President stressed that, while applying modern development mechanisms, it is important to preserve national ideals, traditions, and a culture of mutual respect.
