The Head of State emphasized that everyone may have different views, but on the main, fateful issues for the people and the state, we are united.
«We are one people, we have one home. Our Motherland is Abkhazia," said Badra Gunba.
The President noted the role of the veterans of the Patriotic War of the Abkhazian People and emphasized that just as the people united to defend the state during the war, it is necessary to unite for the development of the republic as well today. ▫️ "You, united under the leadership of Vladislav Grigoryevich Ardzinba, defended our Motherland. "I am confident that today we will also unite for the development and strengthening of our state," said Badra Gunba.
The President emphasized that the Consultative Council of Political Forces under the President, which is being created, should become a place where all parties and public organizations can join forces to solve key issues of the country's development, strengthening its independence and sovereignty.
According to the participants of the meeting, everyone is united in their view of Russia's role as the main ally ensuring Abkhazia's security and providing comprehensive assistance to the country.
Vice-President Beslan Bganba noted that the creation of such a platform will contribute to the unification of political forces and the strengthening of mutual dialogue, which is extremely important for the stability and development of the country.
The President emphasized that the Consultative Council is open to all political forces ready for constructive dialogue and joint discussion of issues important for the country.
"Only together, through dialogue and mutual respect, can we ensure the sustainable development of the country and preserve everything our people fought for," noted Badra Gunba.
The leaders of the political parties supported the idea of creating the Consultative Council, calling this step timely. In their opinion, the platform's work will contribute to the consolidation of society for the benefit of the country's development.
