The concert is attended by President of Abkhazia Badra Gunba and his wife Irma Hashig, Vice President Beslan Bigvava, Prime Minister Vladimir Delba, Speaker of Parliament Lasha Ashuba, Russian Ambassador to Abkhazia Vyacheslav Gladkov, and members of the Government.

People's Artist of Abkhazia and Russia Hibla Gerzmava will present a new concert program together with The Bolshoi Jazz Orchestra conducted by Peter Vostokov. The Orchestra and Maestro Vostokov perform in Abkhazia for the first time. The program of the evening includes Soviet songs in original jazz arrangements.

The festival will be held from August 2 to December 17 in Abkhazia and Russia. The Abkhazian part of the festival will continue on August 5 with a concert at the Bedia Cathedral and on August 8 at the Pitsunda Temple. Then the festival will be held in the Russian regions: Khanty-Mansiysk, Kaluga, Tyumen, Kurgan, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg and Vologda.

The music festival "Hibla Gerzmava invites..." is supported by the Government and the Ministry of Culture of Abkhazia, the Ministry of Culture of Russia, and the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives.
