The President of Abkhazia, Badra Gunba, signed a decree on the release of Lev Konstantinovich Kvitsiniya from the post of Minister of Emergency Situations at his own request.
Lev Kvitsinya will continue to serve as the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia for cooperation with the new regions of the Russian Federation (Donetsk People's Republic, Lugansk People's Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions).
