The program includes performances by the State Choral Chapel of Abkhazia and the Chamber Choir of the Moscow Conservatory under the direction of Alexander Solovyov. The artistic director of the State Choral Chapel of Abkhazia is People's Artist of Abkhazia Nodar Chanba. People's Artist of Russia, cellist Alexander Knyazev is also taking part in the concert. The evening's conductors are Baras Kudzhba and Alexander Solovyov.
The IV Pitsunda Festival will last until August 1. It will include 11 concert programs — symphonic, chamber and choral evenings with the participation of musicians from Abkhazia, Russia and neighboring countries, as well as the debut of the symphony orchestra of the Pitsunda Festival.
