The President noted that the current situation was caused by circumstances beyond the control of the republic, adding that the country's leadership was taking all measures to normalize the situation.

The Head of State expressed his gratitude to the citizens of Abkhazia for their understanding, stressing once again that the country's leadership is doing everything possible to normalize the situation.

At the same time, the Head of State noted that attempts to politicize the situation are doomed to failure, since the population understands the real reasons for what is happening.

The President also instructed the security services, law enforcement, medical institutions, as well as social and communal services to provide fuel and lubrication materials as a matter of priority for the entire period until the situation is fully stabilized.
