The President sent a telegram of condolences to the Acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Eloína Rodríguez Gómez, in connection with the tragic consequences of the earthquake.

The telegram of condolences states:

Dear Ms. Delcy Rodríguez!

On behalf of the people of the Republic of Abkhazia and on my own behalf, I express my deepest condolences in connection with the tragic consequences of the devastating earthquake that struck Venezuela.

With deep sorrow, we share the pain of the Venezuelan people. Please convey my sincere condolences to the families of the deceased, and my wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.

In these difficult days, the people of Abkhazia express solidarity with the people of Venezuela. 

We wish you courage, resilience, and a swift overcoming of the consequences of this tragedy.
