The head of the Gudauta district administration, Astamur Argun, told the President about the work done. According to him, 650 meters of paving stones have been laid at the site, and new benches, poles, and lighting fixtures have been installed. Also, two amphitheaters, sports and children's playgrounds have been built on the embankment, extensive landscaping work has been carried out, and the restoration of the pier is also planned.

Badra Gunba noted the special role of Gudauta in the modern history of the country. The Head of State recalled that during the Patriotic War of the Abkhazian people in 1992–1993, the hero city actually performed the functions of the republic's capital. It was here that the First President Vladislav Ardzinba and his associates made key, fateful decisions for the state. According to the Head of State, preserving and improving a city with such a rich historical heritage is a common duty.

Expressing gratitude to the leadership of the Samara region, Badra Gunba emphasized that the joint efforts of the Samara region and its residents, their close interaction with the residents of Gudauta, are of particular importance and allow for the building of strong ties. 

The President noted that the projects being implemented in the republic clearly confirm the strategic and allied nature of the relations between Abkhazia and Russia.

According to Badra Gunba, close cooperation with Russian regions contributes to strengthening long-standing friendly ties and opens up new opportunities for collaboration, confirming that the republic has reliable and dear friends who are always ready to provide support.

The Head of State particularly emphasized the personal attention and support that the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin provides to Abkhazia, noting that it is highly valued in the republic. Badra Gunba also expressed gratitude to the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Sergey Kiriyenko. The President recalled that they had visited this facility together on multiple occasions and emphasized that Sergey Kiriyenko deeply immerses himself in all issues within the framework of their relationship.
