On behalf of the people of the Republic of Abkhazia and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate you and the entire people of Nicaragua on the main state holiday – the Day of the Sandinista Revolution.

This historic day has forever entered the annals of Nicaragua as a symbol of the triumph of justice, national dignity, and unyielding will. July 19th marked the people's victory in the struggle for freedom and the right to shape their own destiny, to build a sovereign and independent state. 

The ideals of this holiday are deeply close and understandable to the people of Abkhazia, who, at the cost of immense effort, also defended their right to freedom and independence.  

We sincerely value the achieved level of Abkhazian-Nicaraguan relations. I am convinced that our bilateral ties will continue to develop, serving the interests of our citizens.

On this momentous day, I wish you, esteemed co-presidents, good health and inexhaustible energy, and to all the people of Nicaragua — peace, stability, unity, and prosperity.
